About Michele
Most coaches either understand the industry or the inner work. Michele has spent 25+ years inside both.
As a vocalist and performer — formally trained since 14, theatre-trained, demo singer, vocal coach — she has lived the creative life her clients are navigating. She knows what it costs to show up and be seen.
As a music industry professional — contracts paralegal at BMI, Warner Bros., Gibson Guitar, and Baldwin Piano, managing artist endorsement deals — she understands the business side from the inside out.
How We Work Together
This is not a program with modules and workbooks. It is a real coaching relationship — built around your rhythms, your schedule, and what's actually alive for you right now.
Every retainer includes scheduled Zoom sessions plus async voice and text support via Voxer — so you have your coach in your pocket when the pre-show anxiety hits at 7pm or the studio session falls apart emotionally.
